    Well, I had a great idea for a photo set tonight … I’m not thrilled with the outcome, but given the amount of curriculum I need to write for the zoo by Friday, it will have to do.

    Here is the life of the Hesperaloe parviflora flower from immediately post-flower to seed … pretty interesting, right?  The best part of the dried fruit is that it rattles in the wind.
